Q) We just moved in — when is garbage collection?

A) Garbage is collected on Wednesday morning. Trash cans and items such as grass clippings, recycled material, etc. may be placed on the street on Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning.

 

Q) I'm new to the neighborhood and I did not receive a welcome letter, covenants or pool fob — what do I need to do?

A) Email the association manager at manager@lundyhoa.com to request a welcome letter.

Q) There are cars always parked in the street in front of my neighbors house over night, I know that this is not allowed, what can I do?

A) First, contact the homeowner and ask if they would take care of the situation. If that is not going to fix the problem contact a Board Member and the proper measures will be taken to correct the covenant violation.

 

Q) I want to have a fence built and close in my back porch does the Association care?

A) Absolutely, all changes to the originally submitted building and landscape plans must be approved by the Architectural  Review Committee (ARC) before you begin any project. In fact your fence will have to be of specific materials and construction. Please contact the association manager via email or mail it to Lundy Homeowners’ Association, P.O. Q) I have lost my pool code, how do I get a new one?

A) Email  manager@lundyhoa.com and request a new pool entry code.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Lundy Homeowners Association Board of Directors is made up of six residents who volunteer their time to oversee the business and maintenance of the neighborhood. Each member serves a 3 year term and there are 2 vacancies each year. If you are interested in serving either as a Board Member, Committee Member or Committee Chair please contact a current member for more information.

Current Board Members are : Chris Chapman, Justin Elliot, Ries Korstjen, Erin Scott, Steven Sides, and Clarissa Thurman.

 

 

BUDGET

The Lundy Homeowners Association Board of Directors develops a budget in accordance with the Neighborhood Bylaws each year. The yearly budget is funded from Homeowners dues.

ANNUAL DUES PAYMENTS – JANUARY 1ST OF EACH YEAR

ANNUAL MEETING – TYPICALLY THE THIRD MONDAY OF JANUARY

QUARTERLY MEETINGS – TYPICALLY THE THIRD MONDAY OF JANUARY, APRIL, JULY, AND OCTOBER

POOL OPENING – APRIL 15TH
